Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

In case of damaged / bad quality product, please mail or call within 24 hours of receipt of package. We will replace the damaged product with new or refund the amount.

 

REFUND POLICY

If client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.

 

REPLACEMENT POLICY

If return policy applicable, please confirm us within 7 working days to review the damaged product received from the customer and we will replace within 4-7 working days.

 

DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY

We use the best and reputed courier or India Post to despatch our products with in a day or two, once we receive the order. Delivery takes 3-7 working days, depending on the distance to be covered, and sometimes, it is purely depending upon the place/location.

 

PLEASE NOTE

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them. Please note we have a ‘no return and refund policy’.
