Description
We use Idli Dosa Chilli Milagaippodi, a dry powder, as side dish for many South Indian tiffin items. It is primarily made of lentils and red chillies. Also, you can use it as a chutney substitute while travelling or for tiffin boxes.
Add gingelly (til) oil or ghee, as required, to idly chilli powder. Further, it goes well with idli, dosa, uthappam, adai and pongal. In fact, you can use it with most South Indian dishes.
